Bowls Drop in Session

Are you interested in playing Bowls at the Oak Leaf but don’t know how to get started? Well help is at hand, come along to the bowls drop in on Wednesday 2nd May 2018, from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm.  The course is for ten weeks.

We have all the equipment you will need, only £1.00 per person per week, everyone welcome!



School Holiday Special Offer

We have a fantastic special offer for juniors during school holidays. Under 18s can play squash, table tennis or badminton for only £1.00 each, hire of equipment is free, so what’s stopping you!

Oaklife Club 

Here at the Oakleaf Sports Complex we have created a club for the over 50′s, we recognise the importance of keeping active as you get older.

Exercise can make day to day life more enjoyable and will help improve your health, stamina, balance and flexibility. It’s also a great way for you to socialise and meet new friends.

Often people think that suffering aches, pains and weaker muscles are all part of ageing. Many of these symptoms are as a result of inactivity; you may find exercise will help.

Getting started may seem daunting but we are here to help, you will be able to take part at your own pace. So why not contact Reception to book your place?

If you are uncertain about any of the activities we have included in our programme please contact your GP prior to booking.

All you will need is comfortable clothing and trainer type shoes; when going on walks please wear waterproof clothing and footwear.
