Targets and Performance

Great Aycliffe Town Council strives to deliver continuous improvement and value for money for our residents.  In order to do this we must seek the residents’ views about our services, which we do in a number of ways.  These can be found on our Community Engagement or Parish Performance Plan pages.

As part of the Parish Performance, targets are set each year.  These are continually monitored by the Performance Management Group (extended Management Team) the Policy & Resources Committee and the Customer Panel.  Quarterly meetings are held with Performance Management Group to discuss and report progress on the targets.  These quarterly reports are then reported to Policy & Resources Committee for information.  The Customer Panel reviews the targets in detail twice a year, often getting the opportunity to question the service managers directly.

Any reports to Policy & Resources Committee can be found in the appropriate agendas and minutes section.  The Performance Management Group target reports can be found below.

The Council targets are also reviewed by the Review Sub-Committee.
