Sunday 22 July Magical Afternoon Aycliffe Village Hall 2pm – 4 pm Adults £2, Children £1 An afternoon of magic and mayhem with Professor Nincompoop. Hot dogs for the children and scones and tea for the adults are included in the price.  More information
Tuesday 24 July Football Coaching Town Park 1pm – 3 pm free Coaching for girls and boys aged 4 – 7 by Newton Aycliffe Youth Football Club.  More information
 Wednesday 25 July Fun in the Park Town Park 11 am – 3 pm free  An amazing event with all the activities totally free. Mr Twister magic show, Punch and Judy, Face painting, Animal train inflatable, Children’s fairground rides, Inflatable bumper cars, Climbing wall and a speed ball football target

Saturday 28 July Live Music Festival Town Centre Newton Aycliffe  12 noon – 8 pm free  A new event for Newton Aycliffe – a live music festival showcasing the best in local musical entertainment.The event is free for all.
At least 12 local acts (soloists, bands, choirs, groups) performing on a 24ft x 24ft stage with superb sound system. Kiddie fairground rides, ice cream/ hot dog stands, competitions, spot prizes and surprises!  More Information
