Mayor’s Civic Dinner 2019

The Civic Dinner hosted by the Mayor of Great Aycliffe, Councillor John Clark, will take place at the Hallgarth Hotel and Country Club, Coatham Mundeville, Darlington DL1 3LU on Friday 15th February 2019.

Guests are asked to arrive at 7pm for the Mayor’s Reception.  A three course dinner, including a vegetarian option, will be served from 7.30pm. The evening will include a raffle and tombola and all proceeds will be donated to the Mayor’s chosen charity, the Great Aycliffe Cancer Support Group.  The festivities will conclude at approximately midnight.

The dress code is evening/cocktail dresses and dinner jacket/lounge suits and the tables will seat a maximum of 10 people.  Tickets are priced at £30.00 and can be obtained by contacting the Council Offices on 01325 300700 or email sharna.stretch@great-aycliffe.gov.uk
