Mindful Meditation

Join Monica for a 1 hour session creating sacred space for you to recharge your mind, body and spirit.

You don’t get fit by running a marathon one day. Start a new practice and enjoy the benefits of regular meditation.

Sessions will include guided meditation to experience inner peace and calm. Benefits of meditation include:

Sound Bath

Sound Bath – Experience the healing power of sound. A Sound bath works gently to return the body to its natural vibration state. There is no water involved and you remain fully clothed. Sound therapy is proven to improve physical and mental health, come along and try it for yourself on Sessions take place on Saturday 26th January 2019, 23rd February and 30th March, 11 am to 12 noon.
Please bring a blanket & pillow – £10.00 per person per session.
