Here at the Oakleaf Sports Complex we have created a club for the over 50′s, we recognise the importance of keeping active as you get older.
Exercise can make day to day life more enjoyable and will help improve your health, stamina, balance and flexibility. It’s also a great way for you to socialise and meet new friends.
Often people think that suffering aches, pains and weaker muscles are all part of ageing. Many of these symptoms are as a result of inactivity; you may find exercise will help.
Getting started may seem daunting but we are here to help, you will be able to take part at your own pace. So why not contact Reception to book your place?

All you will need is comfortable clothing and trainer type shoes; when going on walks please wear waterproof clothing and footwear.
