Woodham Burn Pre-School is located in Woodham Burn Community Primary School in Humphrey Close. It has been in operation since September 2004 and we have 40 registered places.
Our opening hours are:-
Morning 8.45am to 11.45am
Afternoon 12.15pm to 3.15pm
All day 8.45am to 3.15pm
Children can attend the Pre-School for either a morning, afternoon or all day. The Pre-School is open school term time only. Please see our holiday list for more information, however this is just a guide as it does not include the five days utilized for in service training.
Please note that children who stay all day must bring a packed lunch.
If you wish your child’s name to be added to our waiting list please complete an application form.
We have sole use of the classroom and wet area, with our own secure outside area.
There is also an ‘Out of School Club’ in the next classroom, which enables childcare to be provided from 7.45am to 6.00pm. Although the Out of School Club is under separate management, they work closely with the Pre-School so that children can transfer between the two facilities with ease, if required. Woodham Burn School, Out of School Club and the Pre-School are all ‘nut free’ zones, and we ask all parents and carers for their support and co-operation with this matter.
Would parents please note that because of the danger to children posed by moving vehicles, you must not bring your car onto the school premises in any circumstances .
