80th Anniversary of VE Day – Picnic in the Park

The party kicks off at 2pm until 5pm, on the Oak Leaf Sports Complex field, with free live entertainment from the Newton Aycliffe and Brancepth Brass Band, Claire Louise 1940’s singer, Newton Aycliffe Piped Band, The Shine Choir and Aycliffe Dance Academy.

There will also be a small fairground, vintage bus display and rides and members of the Army will be taking part in activities and your welcome to join in.

You can bring along a picnic, however there will be food stalls on site too.
