For the price of two shillings and sixpence (10.5p in today’s money) you could buy the brochure with the itinerary, route and information about the new town of Newton Aycliffe. Did you know, that the Queen and Duke visited a house rented by Mr & Mrs Llewellyn? Mr & Mrs Llewellyn’s son’s memories and pictures of the day.
