Privacy Policy

In order to comply with the UK General Protection Data Protection Regulation, the Council is required to adopt a Privacy Policy and publish this on its website.  This GATC Privacy Policy 2026 is compliant with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
