Playing Golf Under COVID-19 Restrictions

Following the latest COVID-19 updates and the decision to reopen Golf Courses, we would like to assure you that our main priority is the well-being of our members, visitors and staff of Oakleaf Golf Complex. We continue to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards and as a precautionary measure our employees are taking extra steps during this time to ensure the safety and comfort of our members and visitors.

Play Safe Stay Safe Measures

Face covering must be worn in the pro shop. If you do not have an acceptable face covering you will not be allowed entry and will be unable to use the golf course or driving range.

Track and Trace is in operation and is mandatory

ALL golfers must book a tee off time prior to arrival, any golfers turning up to the golf club without a booked tee time will NOT be allowed to play

Members and Visitors are permitted to play

Golfers must maintain social distancing guidelines at all times. Golfers playing alone must play no more than one golf ball. 3 and 4 balls are allowed.

No golf prior to 8am

All players must sign in at the pro shop prior to teeing off and observe social distancing markers within the shop

Tee Times are now at 10 minute intervals and must be strictly observed to maintain the constant 10 minute group spacing whilst out on the course

Off Peak green fee prices are currently unavailable due to reduced number of tee times

Players should not arrive at the club no earlier than 20 minutes prior to their booked tee off time. It is also recommended the players do not park adjacent to their fellow golfers

Players will only be allowed entry to the pro shop 10 minutes before their tee time

Players must arrive at the first tee no more than 5 minutes prior to their booked tee off time and mustn’t tee off any earlier than their booked time

The changing rooms and toilets are CLOSED. Players should change into their golf shoes/golf attire at their car

The Golf Course

Flag sticks must remain in the hole. The cups have been inverted to assist ball retrieval

Rakes have been removed from bunkers therefore we have made the decision to make all bunkers G.U.R

All golfers MUST play the course in order and NO cutting in will be allowed. If you do not wish to play the full 18 holes, you must walk off whilst following social distancing guidelines without playing a golf ball

Players must not go back to the tee if a wayward tee shot goes out of bounds. Instead golfers must drop in the fairway at a 2 shot penalty

Golfers are advised to NOT pick up stray golf balls on the course

Players must not approach greenkeepers
