Our Services
Each of our services produces a specific plan which helps support the delivery of the aims and targets set out in the Parish Performance Plan. The service plans are more detailed than the Parish Performance Plan but links are clearly made and the individual services are essential in helping the Town Council to deliver the targets which have been set.
It should be noted that although each section has a service plan additional unplanned work is often undertaken which is not able to be detailed in the documents. This happens when the opportunity to access additional funding or work on projects with partners becomes available.
Only the current and last years service plans will be placed on the website. However, previous documents can be obtained by contacting the Town Council Offices on 01325 300700 or info@great-aycliffe.gov.uk
Most of our Service Plans are set to reflect the financial year which runs from April to March. The exception to this is the Pre-School where the service plan reflects the school year and runs from September to August.
