A Summer of Events 2026

Newton Aycliffe, you absolutely brought the sunshine, the smiles and the full‑on summer energy — and we loved every second of it.

From the high‑adrenaline buzz of Elevate to the colourful, family‑friendly magic of Fun in the Parks, this year had something for everyone. Big rides, giant bubbles, crazy golf, fairground fun, inflatables, magic shows — if it made people laugh, we had it.

And with the weather turning up the heat, the parks were packed with families, friends and young people making the most of those bright, hot days. The atmosphere was incredible — sunshine, music, laughter and that unmistakable Aycliffe community spirit.

Seeing so many of you enjoying the events, week after week, was the highlight of our summer. Your energy, your support, your smiles… that’s what makes these events special.
